Mindfulness Meditation Challenge

Come join Brittany on April 20th 2026, for this completely free 21-day meditation challenge! This challenge will consist of 7 different meditation that will be given in the first week, one each day. The meditations will be approximately 10-15 minutes long and vary in styles. The same meditations will be done in week 2 and 3 to develop "muscle memory" in your mind.
