21 Day Meditation Challenge

Come join Brittany on April 20th, 2026, for this completely free 21-day meditation challenge! This challenge will consist of 7 different meditation that will be given in the first week, one each day. The meditations will be approximately 5-15 minutes long and vary in styles. The same meditations will be done in week 2 and 3 to develop "muscle memory" in your mind.

Your Meditation Videos

Starting April 20th, the first video will be available then one for each day of the week. Repeat these same meditations in whatever order you would like in weeks two and three.

The purpose is to begin to develop a practice and develop muscle memory in the brain. The more you do it the easier it will become. This is also to teach you, so you can take these in the future and put your own spin on them OR find what types of meditations resonate with you and search for more on YouTube or other resources.

21 Days is also a good base to start to develop a habit. It takes dedication and discipline. You got this.
