Meditation Challenge
7 or 21 Day Meditation Challenge
Come join Brittany, for this completely free meditation challenge! You can do this challenge as a one-week challenge or 21-day challenge. This challenge will consist of 7 different meditations that will be given in the first week, one each day. The meditations will be approximately 4-7 minutes long and vary in styles. Each video will also include some breathwork.

Your Meditation Videos
This week the videos will be available one each day of seven days. Repeat these same meditations in whatever order you would like in weeks two and three for the 21 day challenge.
The purpose of the longer 21 day challenge is to begin to develop a practice and develop muscle memory in the brain. The more you do it the easier it will become. This is also to teach you, so you can take these in the future and put your own spin on them OR find what types of meditations resonate with you and search for more on YouTube or other resources.
21 Days is also a good base to start to develop a habit. It takes dedication and discipline. You got this.9
