Feel Good Music
Music effects so much whether we realize it or not. Music moves us and reaches us in a way most things don't. Sometime music can be a way to release emotion or bring on emotions. That's why it is important to be mindful of what you listen to.
We aren't saying throw away and delete all your music that isn't positive. Just know that it is a powerful tool that effects the way you feel. It can pump you up, make you want to dance, make you want to cry and everything in between.
If your music fills your mind and space with anger and sadness, you very well may feel angry and sad. If your music fills you with joy and inspiration you will likely feel inspired and happy.
Life happens and we can't be happy and positive all the time, but what we listen to IS something we can control. Be mindful.
